What's the total monthly investment — agency fee plus ad spend?
Two numbers. Our fee is $1,500 (Core) or $3,000 (Scale). Ad spend is separate — billed by Meta directly to your card. For meaningful testing, plan $1,500–3,000/month in ad spend on top of the package fee. So realistic monthly total lands between $3,000 and $6,000, depending on package and how aggressive you want to scale.
What's the difference between Core and Scale?
Volume. Core = 10 creatives per month. Scale = 20. Each creative gets distributed organically AND can be boosted as an ad — same asset, two distribution levers. Everything else — strategy, lead infrastructure, tracking, weekly reporting — runs identically in both. Most agents start in Core, then move to Scale once they see their first 2–3 listings come through.
Why do you mix content and ads in one creative pool?
Because in 2026 Meta rolled out "Andromeda" — their unified retrieval system that scores organic and paid content with the same signals. The wall between "social media post" and "Facebook ad" is mostly gone. The same 60-second video that builds your brand on the feed (organic) can be boosted with ad spend to reach 5–10× more sellers in your zip code (paid). The only practical difference now: ads carry a direct booking link. Same creative, different distribution lever.
Am I paying for leads, or for branding?
Both — and that's the point. Lead vendors give you contacts that disappear when the budget runs out. We use the same content to (a) feed paid ads that produce listing appointments now, AND (b) build your personal brand in your farm area so sellers know who you are before they ever click. The campaigns pay for themselves in listings. The brand pays for itself for years. If you stopped working with us tomorrow, you'd still have the content library, the audience, and the recognition we built.
Who actually calls the leads — you or me?
You (or your ISA / assistant). We don't run a US-based call center. What we DO build: an auto-reply SMS that hits every lead within 60 seconds (so the lead never sits cold), a qualification script your team uses on the call, direct booking links into your calendar, and a CRM workflow so nothing slips. We handle the system; you handle the conversation that closes. If you don't have an ISA yet, we'll point you to vetted VAs who do this for $5–10/hour.
What do I actually have to record — do I need a videographer?
No videographer. No gimbals. No fancy gear. You record on your phone, selfie-style, 60–90 seconds per clip. We send you 10 (Core) or 20 (Scale) scripts per month — you batch them in 2–3 sessions of 30–45 minutes. Upload raw files. Our editor turns them into ready-to-post creatives within 48 hours; the top performers get boosted as ads with a direct CTA. If you can use Instagram Stories, you can do this.
Why should I pay you $1,500+ if I can run Meta ads myself?
You can. Most agents who try it end up either (a) spending a year learning what works and burning $20k in the process, or (b) hiring a "lead vendor" that delivers buyer-only lookie-loos. We've run these exact campaigns for real estate brokerages for four years. You're paying for the shortcut — and for a system that closes the loop from click to listing signed.
How fast will I see listing appointments?
First booked appointments typically show up 14–30 days after launch. Enough data to really optimize comes after 45–60 days. Anyone promising "listings in week one" doesn't understand how paid social works.
Do you only work with solo agents or also teams/brokerages?
Solo producers, team leads, and boutique brokerages (up to ~15 agents). Above that, the lead routing has to be adapted. We're not built for enterprise franchise networks — yet.
How do I know the ads are actually producing listings — and not just numbers on a dashboard?
We set up closed-loop tracking: lead → appointment scheduled → appointment held → listing signed → closing. Every week you see how many listings came from paid ads, not just how many people clicked.
Is there an exit clause?
The first 90 days is a commitment window so the system has time to compound. After that, it's month-to-month with 30 days' notice. No annual lock-in.
You're based in Europe. Why would I work with you as a US agent?
The system was built for European real estate — a market that's harder, smaller, and less ad-saturated than the US. If it works there, it works here. We're selecting 5 founding-member US agents in Q2 2026 to localize the playbook fully. You get better rates and direct founder attention in exchange for being early.
