These Terms govern your use of nosanmedia.com (the "Site") and any informational interactions with NosanMedia. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Service engagements (Core, Scale, or custom) are governed by a separate written services agreement signed at onboarding. These Terms apply to public-website use only.

2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or our systems.
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site without written permission.
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unsolicited communications.
- Misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the NosanMedia name and play-mark, video, and code — is owned by NosanMedia or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. The Site may include links or embedded content from third parties (e.g., YouTube, Calendly). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
5. No professional advice
Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, real estate, tax, or other professional advice. Engaging NosanMedia for marketing services does not create a fiduciary, brokerage, or licensed-real-estate-agent relationship. You remain solely responsible for your business decisions and regulatory compliance (including, where applicable, real estate licensing requirements in your state).
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Marketing results referenced on the Site (number of brokerages served, length of retainers, examples of campaign outcomes, etc.) reflect specific past engagements and are not guarantees of future results. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, sales process, ad budget, and conversion mechanics.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NosanMedia and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability arising from or related to your use of the Site is limited to USD $100.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NosanMedia from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to the Site or Terms
We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Slovenia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
